ALB：近年来，广信君达律师事务所在涉外业务领域取得了怎样的成绩？该领域的团队有着怎样的优势？
邓律师：广信君达近年来积极发展涉外业务，代理了多起很有影响的涉外诉讼、仲裁案件，得到国家、省、市各级司法行政部门、法院的肯定与嘉奖。比如，“广州白云国际机场股份有限公司诉美国通用电气商业航空服务有限公司航空器留置权案”，是全国国际航空器留置权第一案；“广州白云国际机场股份有限公司诉泰国暹罗航空有限公司航空服务合同纠纷案”，是国内首宗涉“一带一路”建设案件；帮助上百家企业境外挂牌上市、境外发行债券/票据、并购重组等，为我国企业走出去护航。目前，正在参与办理某国有企业在巴基斯坦瓜达尔自贸区工程建设的“一带一路”项目，以及东南亚和非洲的一些法律服务项目。
广信君达大力重视引进和培养涉外律师，组建了一带一路法律事务专业部、涉外（亚洲）法律事务专业部、跨境金融与投资法律研究中心等机构，设立广东外语外贸大学留学生创新实习基地，扩大涉外法律服务研究。目前，广信君达近20位律师分别入选全国律协、司法部、广东省涉外律师领军人才库，一名律师获得“广州市涉外大律师”称号，一名律师担任“一带一路”项目沙特阿拉伯国别协调人、埃塞俄比亚国别协调人，两名律师入选省涉外经贸法律服务律师团，三名律师曾出席中国法治国际论坛并发表主题演讲；37名执业律师拥有海外留学背景或从事相关涉外法律业务的认可资格。作为世界律师大会特别支持单位，广信君达为大会的筹备提供了有力支持和专业服务，得到全国律协的专门感谢。
ALB：广信君达在粤港澳大湾区乃至全球有着怎样的战略布局？
邓律师：随着国家“一带一路”倡议的推进以及粤港澳大湾区的发展，广信君达已在大湾区布局深圳、东莞、佛山、中山、珠海等分所，其中在广州采用了1+4模式：总部天河加南沙、黄埔、白云和花都4家分所。先后在日本、美国、澳大利亚、马来西亚、泰国曼谷、柬埔寨设立6家境外分支机构。下一步，我们将根据境内外客户需求，进一步完善国际市场布局。
ALB：未来三到五年，广信君达有着怎样的发展规划？
邓律师：未来，广信君达将进一步加强一体化管理，进行精细的专业化建设，根据境内外客户需求，进一步完善国际市场布局，提升境外落地服务能力。
ETR puts special emphasis on bringing in and training of lawyers handling foreign-related matters, has set up Department of Legal Affairs of Belt and Road Initiative, Department of Foreign (Asia) Related Legal Affairs, Legal Research Center of Cross-border Finance and Investment and other institutions, and has set up the Innovative Practice Base for Foreign Students of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. Nearly 20 ETR lawyers have been selected as leading lawyers handling foreign related legal services by All China Lawyers Association, Department of Justice and Guangdong Lawyers Association; one lawyer has been awarded the “Guangzhou Leading Foreign Lawyer”; one lawyer has been appointed as a National Coordinator with Saudi Arabia and Ethiopia; two lawyers have been selected to the Guangdong Foreign Trade Legal Service Lawyers Group; three lawyers have attended the China Forum on International Legal Cooperation and delivered keynote speeches; 37 ETR lawyers have studies overseas or are capable of providing foreign-related legal services. As a sponsor of the Global Lawyers Forum, ETR has provided strong support and professional services in the preparation of the forum and has been highly praised by All China Lawyers Association.
ETR foreign-related lawyers can provide services in foreign languages of English, Japanese, German, French, Korean and Russian. They maintain close contact and cooperation with their peers in many other countries.
ALB：What strategic layout does ETR have in GBA and the whole world?
Deng: With the development of the Belt and Road Initiative and the Guangdong, HongKong and Macao Greater Bay Area, ETR has set up branches in GBA, including Shenzhen, Dongguan, Foshan, Zhongshan, Zhuhai and has adopted the “1+4” mode in Guangzhou, i.e. Tianhe Headquarter plus 4 branches in Nansha, Huangpu, Baiyun and Huadu. Six overseas branches have been established in Japan, the United States, Australia, Malaysia, Bangkok, Thailand and Cambodia. In the near future, we will further expand our presence the international market to meet the needs of domestic and foreign clients.
Deng: In future, ETR will reinforce our integrated management ability, carry on fine professional constructions and further improve our presence in the international market, so as to enhance our foreign-related legal services ability for the needs of domestic and foreign clients.
