Bao Direction is the soul of Party building, promotes the culture and educates people, and constructs harmonious leading value. The CPC Guangdong Guangxin Junda Law Firm Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Guangxin Junda Party Committee") has always adhered to the nine-character principle of "maintaining direction, promoting construction and building harmony" as the guiding ideology of Party building. It has carried out system building throughout Party building around political construction, ideological construction, organizational construction, style building and discipline building. Seeking truth from facts, according to the actual situation of law institutes, the work of Party building is combined with business building, cultural brand building, United Front Work of group work, and social responsibility fulfilling, thus forming the working pattern of "Party building promotes construction, construction promotes development".

Guangxin Junda Party Branch was established in November 2012. In November 2016, with the approval of the Organizational Department of the Guangzhou Municipal Committee, the Municipal Judicial Bureau and the Party Committee of the Municipal Legal Association, the CPC Guangdong Guangxin Junda Law Firm Committee was formally established as the first and eighth law firm Party Committee in Guangdong Province. In August 2017, it was awarded a provincial demonstration point for the Party building in the lawyer industry of Guangdong Province, and in July 2018, it was awarded the National Advanced Party Organization in the lawyer industry.

Guangxin Junda Party Committee has one secretary and two deputy secretaries, including one disciplinary member, one organizational member, one propaganda member, one united front member, one operational member and one youth member. Guangxin Junda League branch has one secretary, one deputy secretary, one organizational member, one propaganda member and one sports member. Guangxin Junda Party Committee has an office under the Party Committee, which is responsible for the daily work of Party building.

Guangxin Junda Party Committee continuously strengthens the construction of grass-roots Party organizations, and gives full support and guidance to Party branches and branches at headquarters. On August 10, 2016, the branch committee of Guangxin Junda (Dongguan) Law Firm of the Communist Party of China was established. From December 2016 to December 2017, Guangzhou Headquarters established five Party branches. The establishment of grass-roots Party branches has effectively promoted the overall development of Guangxin Junda's Party building work and fully implemented the organizational activities of Party members. By the end of July 2018, Guangxinjunda had 185 members of the Communist Party of China and 133 members of the Communist Youth League.

Guangxin Junda Party Committee has been recognized and supported by Party committees at all levels for its solid work of Party building, giving full play to the political core role of grass-roots Party organizations and the role of fighting fortress, and promoting the healthy and orderly development of law firms. In June 2017, Xie Xiaodan, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, visited the Institute to investigate the Party building work in the lawyer industry and held the "July 1" Symposium on Party building. In August 2017, the provincial demonstration spot awarding ceremony for Party building in the lawyer industry was held in our institute. Zeng Xianglu, director of the provincial judicial department and Secretary of the Party Committee, personally awarded the provincial demonstration spot tender for the Institute and held the same period. A Symposium on Party building in the lawyer industry of Guangdong Province was held. In March 2018, Zou Ming, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Minister of Organizational Department, led the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and the Minister of Organizational Department Wang Shitong to visit our institute to conduct field research on the Party building of the "two new" organizations.

Under the leadership of the Party Committee of Guangdong Judicial Bureau and Guangzhou Judicial Bureau, under the guidance of the Party Committee of Guangdong Lawyer Industry and the Party Committee of Guangzhou Lawyer Industry, Guangxin Junda has made remarkable achievements in Party building, and has won the "National Advanced Party Organization of Lawyer Industry", "Provincial Demonstration Point of Party Building in Guangdong Lawyer Industry", "Law on Participation of Lawyer Industry in Villages (Communities) of Guangdong Province. There are 21 collective and individual honors such as Advanced Party Organization for Legal Advisory Work and Advanced Party Organization for Participating in Village (Community) Legal Advisory Work in 2016-2017.

"Responsibility" is one of Guangxin Junda's core values. In January 2013, Guangxin Junda initiated the "Responsible Society, Beautiful China" Lawyers'Social Public Welfare Program in the whole country. It is committed to giving back the society with its profession and actively participating in public welfare undertakings. As of June 2018, there were 166 villages (communities) where lawyers were stationed to provide legal services. Among them, Party members and lawyers served as one third of the village (community) legal advisers. In June 2016, Guangxin Junda Party Committee organized lawyers and staff to carry out precise assistance activities for poor students in Duyun, Guizhou Province. They donated a total of RMB 50,000 to Jiangzhou Middle School and Lingyun Primary School in Maojian Town, the mountainous area of Duyun City, Guizhou Province, and paired up with more than 30 poor students to donate financial aid for their studies. On December 23, the Party Committee joined hands with the Party group of Tianhe District Judicial Bureau and arrived at Daercun, Huangpi Town, Xingning City. The law firms and lawyers pledged RMB 90,000 for the health station renovation project, which lasted for 1 year and was completed and opened on December 20, 2017. In July, 2017, a charitable auction was held to raise nearly 230,000 yuan to fund the construction of Longping Village, Longping Town and Longping Town of Lianzhou City.
