1996: Invited by Guangzhou Securities and Exchange Mediation committee as Mediator

1997: International lawyer training course jointly organized by University of Wisconsin and China international Lawyers Training Center; LLM program at Chicago-Kent College of Law

1998: Became a certified tax agent in China after passing the National Certified Tax Agent Examination held by the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation

2000: Stevenson, Wong & Co.- Chief Legal Consultant in Chinese Law

2001: Primary legal responsible person of China Zhongyi Life Insurance Co., Ltd (joint venture between Generali Group of Italy and China National Petroleum Corporation) approved and confirmed by China Insurance Regulatory Commission
