◆Acting as legal advisor to Guangdong Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources, Guangzhou Municipal Land Development Center and other government agencies/pubic institutions and providing them with legal services in respect of their administration of land development projects and construction projects, such as deliberation on compensation standards for old village renovation

◆Representing an administrative organ in civil litigation proceedings and successfully preserving a state-owned assets of a huge amount

◆Representing a public real estate group in a construction project dispute over an amount of 700 million above

◆Representing a real estate developer in Guangzhou in a brokerage contract dispute with a Properties Limited Company and Mr. Ma and reducing losses by ten million

◆Representing a digital mall in a series of lease disputes and successfully reclaiming and collecting over a hundred stores and millions of rents

◆Representing a state-owned sanatorium is a lease dispute with a nursing company and a surety company and concluding the case through mediation

◆Representing a herbal medicine market in a relocation dispute involving around 12,000 square meters of land

◆Representing a large SOE’s Guangzhou branch in a real estate cooperation compensation dispute and the ensuing enforcement proceedings involving a land area over 280,000 square meters and successfully recovering over 39 million.

◆Representing a properties management company in Guangzhou is a mass action versus owners and resolving the disputes in a peaceful and reasonable manner

  ETR law firm has set up a professional department of tax and financial insurance to provide legal services for a number of financial and insurance institutions at home and abroad. Some cases are as follows:

  Acting as agent for the first domestic fund share net value dispute case and won the lawsuit.

  Acting as agent for the dispute case of loan guarantee contract between a bank in Singapore and companies in Guangzhou & Hong Kong. The domestic court applied the laws of Singapore to make a ruling in favor of bank in Singapore, which saved huge economic losses for the client.

  Acting as an agent in the dispute over false statements in securities between 68 securities investors, which reduced huge economic losses for the client and deterred further lawsuits from other investors.

  Assisted a Fund Management company to invest in TCL G11 project, with an investment scale of 2 billion RMB.

  Acting as an agent for the retrial of the bond disputes of a electric power enterprises through the retrial, innovated diversified ways of handling civil complicated retrial cases and protected the state-owned assets.

  Acting as an agent for an insurance claim involving more than 1 billion  RMB of an electric power enterprise, and promoting negotiation to achieve mediation and settlement of the case.

  Acting as an agent for a publishing media enterprise and dozens of other enterprises for private equity fund registration projects.
