Ms. Zhou is a Member of Foreign-related Legal Practice Talents, and Mediator of the Guangdong Hong Kong and Macau Great Bay Intellectual Property.  Ms. Zhou has work experience in PRC law firms, Hong Kong solicitors’ firm and Hong Kong barrister chambers as well as in-house counsel for wholly foreign-own enterprises.

Ms. Zhou has hands on experience in dealing with cross-border commercial transactions and dispute resolutions.  She is experienced in providing legal advice on various aspects including the design of transaction structures, due diligence investigation, the drafting and negotiation of complicated legal documents and issuing legal opinions.  She has assisted a Hong Kong-funded company in legal matters relating to its cross-border commercial cooperation projects, including negotiation, drafting and review of agreements relating to the structure of investment transactions.   She worked closely with Hong Kong lawyers to provide legal services to client regarding disposal of the assets of a mainland subsidiary by its shareholders.  She has provided legal services for issuing corporate bonds by a state-owned financial holding company, with a bond issuance scale of RMB 1 billion.   She serves as legal adviser to a number of companies from various industries as well.
